About the event Join Instructor Sarah McCarthy in The Barn for a beginner friendly vinyasa flow. This class emphasizes connecting breath with postures, helping to build strength, balance, meditation, and a greater connection with self. Please bring your own mat and a water bottle for this 60 minute class. Please be on your mat by 5:30pm; we invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Open to participants age 14 and up. Minors will need to have a parent/guardian sign in with them. Use code PAYCASH during check-out if you would like to reserve your spot but pay in cash on the day of the class.
